15 hours per renewal cycle, including a minimum of 3 hours of legal update seminars, 3 hours of insurance and financial management, 3 hours on the operation of the association's physical property, 3 hours of human resources topics, and 3 hours of additional instruction in any area described in Rule 61E14-4.001, Florida Administrative Code.

Yes. Individual sessions are listed in the course catalogue with their own fees — $79 for the three-hour courses, $40 for the two-hour 2025 Legal Update Seminar and $20 for the one-hour 2026 Legal Update Seminar. Buying one full set of all 15 hours individually comes to $376, so the $330 GCAM+ Program costs less.
